Traditional Scholarships for High-School Senior
The West Side Business Association is pleased to offer scholarship opportunities to high school seniors with a parent/guardian employed by Jefferson City West Side Business Association Business Member.
Who Can Apply:
Scholarships of $1,000 are available to graduating high school seniors attending college/technical school in the fall of 2026 whose employer or parent/guardian's employer is a member of the Jefferson City West Side Business Association.

Non-Traditional Scholarships for Business Member Employee
The West Side Business Association also offers a separate scholarship to a non-traditional student employed with a Jefferson City West Side Business Association Business Member.
Who Can Apply:
Scholarship of $1,000 is available to a non-traditional student in the fall of 2026 whose employer is a member of the Jefferson City West Side Business Association. A non-traditional student is defined as someone who has returned to college &/or is currently enrolled to further their education, seeking an Associates degree, BA, BS or Masters degree.

The association’s goal is to promote and support west side businesses and employees. In 2025, the JCWSBA was able to award six (6) $1,000.00 scholarships to local students.
The high school scholarship winners and their parent(s) and the non-traditional scholarship winner will be notified by mid-April and invited to attend a JCWSBA meeting for the award announcements. JCWSBA also requests that a photo be submitted from each scholarship winner.
All scholarships arepaid directly to the institution for tuition &/or fees.
