Connect with generous leaders. Since 1957, the West Side Business Association has influenced Jefferson City development to be stronger and more prosperous.

Welcome

Since 1957, members of the WSBA have worked together to strengthen, promote and enhance the businesses of the West Side of Jefferson City so that our community may continue to enjoy a prosperous and high quality of life. We are excited to begin the journey of 2019 as we plan many great programs, activities, and community involvement events. Planned programs, held on the first Wednesday of every month, highlight interesting issues and activities. These programs also allow each of us to share a little more about our businesses and learn something new about what is happening in our city. Events provide networking opportunities on a regular basis. The largest annual event is our barbecue and silent auction, with proceeds going towards our scholarship fund.

The Jefferson City Westside Business Association is made of up of many great businesses and people who generously give back to our community in many ways all year! We do business with many of our members and I have found them to be very supportive and loyal over the years, I am proud to be a member!

Scholarships

The West Side Business Association awards scholarships to local graduating seniors. The criteria for application requires that the graduating student or the parent of the student work for a member of the West Side Business Association. A committee of West Side Business Association members selects students to receive scholarships. Applications are distributed through area high schools and West Side member businesses.
